I’m currently a Senior Content Strategist within the Digital Human Experiences team at CommonSpirit Health, a system of 140 hospitals and more than 1,000 care sites in 21 states. Our department was experiencing a rise in support tickets for onboarding issues after a recent migration into Adobe systems and I was responsible for redesigning our resource hub which would improve the onboarding experience for new and basic users. I used user research to define the content strategy + redesign roadmap.
