Website redesign + user research

I’m currently a Senior Content Strategist within the Digital Human Experiences team at CommonSpirit Health, a system of 140 hospitals and more than 1,000 care sites in 21 states. Our department was experiencing a rise in support tickets for onboarding issues after a recent migration into Adobe systems and I was responsible for redesigning our resource hub which would improve the onboarding experience for new and basic users. A new website

A Girl’s Best Friend Rescue is a registered 501(C)3 non-profit organization that pulls dogs from kill shelters, rescues them from the streets, provides them with their necessary medical care, and help each dog find forever loving homes. I built them a new website in Wordpress in efforts to help them manage applications for adoptions and volunteers.

In efforts to increase patient portal activation at facilities, I supported the clinical staff team in creating content that aimed to educate staff how to coach patients to create new accounts in their patient portal. I worked with a graphic designer, the patient portal product team, and a clinical analyst to develop the messaging and craft a brand compliant poster.
